Join the Fisheries Resource Volunteer Corps (FRVC) for our upcoming new volunteer training on February 28th! This classroom training is required for all new, prospective volunteers wanting to join Fisheries Resource Volunteers in 2026 in the Angeles Forest and San Bernardino National Forest
During the orientation, you will have the opportunity to learn about fish monitoring, water quality testing, and habitat restoration, safety and radio procedures. Our trainers will provide you with everything you need to know about FRVC and give you an opportunity to learn all the different ways you can get involved.
The training will be held at the SBNF Headquarters at 602 S. Tippecanoe Ave., San Bernardino CA 92408 in the Environmental Training Room.
